Use Yachtbase only for lawful business activity and only with the authority needed to manage the information, people, yachts, communications and payments you submit.

Do not distribute malware, probe or bypass security, scrape private surfaces, send unlawful or unsolicited communications, process personal data without an appropriate basis, misrepresent a yacht or transaction, or use the service for safety-critical decisions without qualified human oversight.

You are responsible for the accuracy, permissions and lawful basis associated with content you upload or connect. Do not include passwords, API keys or unnecessary sensitive information in public support requests.

Yachtbase may investigate and restrict activity that creates legal, security, privacy or operational risk. Where appropriate, we may request remediation, suspend access or refer an issue to the relevant authority.
