Several routes to a portal
Connect by API, an XML, JSON or CSV feed, email lead forwarding, or a managed manual workflow, depending on what each portal offers.

§03Why it matters
Connect by API, an XML, JSON or CSV feed, email lead forwarding, or a managed manual workflow, depending on what each portal offers.
Import and export in the yacht industry's XML standard, with validation, conflict resolution and tokenised feeds for partners.
Listing publications and sync history show manual, scheduled or webhook runs, and what happened in each.
§04How it fits your day
Step 1
The readiness score and the listing validator show what a portal will need.
Step 2
Choose the portals, map the fields, and publish. Each listing moves through draft, published, paused and closed.
Step 3
Check the sync history, and let enquiries come back into the shared inbox.
§05Capabilities
A yacht can carry several listing contracts, each with its own lifecycle and a freshness state.
Map your record to what each connector expects, with the capabilities each one supports.
Feeds a partner can pull, in the format and for the listing type you choose, with a token you can regenerate.
Upload, validate, resolve conflicts, skip review or retry, so a partner's file does not overwrite your data blindly.
The number of marketplace connections depends on your plan.
Marketplace enquiries forwarded by email become enquiries in the CRM, tagged with the source.
