These website terms apply to your use of yachtbase.co. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully, respect the rights of others and provide accurate information when you contact Yachtbase.

Website descriptions, demonstrations and conversations are informational. A paid subscription, service level, pricing, implementation scope or service commitment exists only when confirmed in a separate written agreement.

You must not misuse the website, bypass security, introduce malicious code, scrape private areas, impersonate another person, send unlawful content or use the website to infringe another party’s rights.

Yachtbase and its licensors retain rights in the website, software, brand, copy, visual design and documentation. You may view and share ordinary website links for legitimate business purposes, but may not copy, resell or reproduce the site as a competing service.

Yachtbase may integrate third-party services, including Google Gmail for user-authorized mailbox synchronization and shared inbox features, Meta for social inbox features, and providers used for analytics, security and service operations. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Yachtbase’s handling of Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy.

We work to keep the website useful and available, but it may change or be interrupted for maintenance, security or provider reasons. To the extent allowed by law, Yachtbase is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of an informational website. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
