§01The writing desk

The reply your client remembers.

The assistant reads the thread, summarises it and drafts a reply in the tone you choose, listing what you still need to ask. It proposes. You edit and send. It never sends mail or changes a record on its own.

§02The blank page

Forty messages in, and you need the gist.

Today

  • A long thread arrives on your desk with no summary and a client waiting.
  • Replies are rewritten from scratch, and the tone drifts with the hour.
  • The one question that would unlock the quote never gets asked.
  • Handing a conversation to a colleague means a briefing call.

With Yachtbase

  • A summary, key points and open questions sit at the top of the conversation.
  • A draft arrives in the tone you picked, ready to edit in your own words.
  • Missing information is listed, so the reply asks for what the quote needs.
  • A new colleague reads the summary and carries on.

§03Why it matters

Three things that change.

01

Read the thread in seconds

A summary with key points, open questions, suggested next actions and the type of matter: charter, sale, services or general.

02

Drafts you would sign

Choose a tone and get a subject and body to edit. The draft also lists the information you have not yet asked for.

03

You stay in charge

The assistant only proposes text. It never sends an email and never alters your CRM. Email content is treated as untrusted input, kept apart from the assistant's instructions.

§04How it fits your day

Three steps, no manual.

  1. Step 1

    Open a conversation

Ask for a summary and see the position at a glance: what the client wants, what is unresolved.

  2. Step 2

    Ask for a draft

Pick a tone, review the proposed reply and the list of missing details.

  3. Step 3

    Edit and send

Make it yours, then send from your own mailbox or schedule it. Nothing leaves until you say so.

§05Capabilities

What it does for you.

  • Thread summaries

A short read of the whole exchange, so you never scroll through forty messages to find the budget.

  • Suggested next actions

Concrete follow-ups drawn from the thread, which you can accept, ignore or turn into a task yourself.

  • Missing information, listed

Dates, guest numbers, departure port or budget: the draft tells you what is absent from the conversation.

  • Tone on request

Ask for a warmer or a more formal reply, and the draft follows.

  • Matter type

Each conversation is recognised as charter, sale, services or general, which helps with routing and qualification.

  • Branded HTML emails

Replies and commercial emails can go out in your branding, with your logo and a clear next step.

§08Questions

Asked and answered.

Will the assistant ever send an email by itself?

No. It only produces a summary or a draft. A person reads it, edits it and presses send. It also does not create or change CRM records on its own.

What does it read?

The messages in the conversation you open, up to the most recent 40 messages and a fixed text limit. Email content is handled as untrusted input and is kept separate from the assistant's instructions.

Which languages can it write in?

The interface is available in seven languages. For drafts, ask for the language you need, and review it as you would anything written on your behalf.

What happens to the conversation I ask it to read?

Only the conversation you choose is processed, and only when you ask. The result is a proposal for you to review; nothing is sent and no record is changed unless you do it yourself.

Is it an extra we have to buy?

AI email features are included in every workspace. Access to Yachtbase is by application.
