What goes into a yacht record?

Identity, location, dimensions, hull, accommodation, engines, rig and tanks, and ten equipment groups, alongside media, documents, listings and season prices.

Can owners see everything about their yacht?

Only what you permit. Access is granted per ownership relationship: rentals, financials, expenses, documents and reports can each be switched on or off.

Can staff see every client?

Roles and custom permissions decide that. Restricted staff see only the records they are allowed to see.

Does it replace our accounting package?

No. It keeps an auditable operational ledger of invoices, payments and expenses, and exports to CSV, Excel and JSON.

How do we get started?
