Mailboxes can be shared with the team or kept private to one person, with a chosen sender for commercial emails.

Credentials kept safe

OAuth tokens and app passwords are encrypted at rest. You can disconnect a mailbox, or purge what was synced from it.

    Choose Gmail, Microsoft 365 or IMAP and SMTP, with presets for common providers.

  2. Step 2

    Sign in with the provider, or enter the mailbox details, and test the connection.

  3. Step 3

    Pick your sync filters and a sender mailbox, then let the first sync run.

Which providers can I connect?

Gmail and Google Workspace through OAuth, Microsoft 365, and any IMAP and SMTP mailbox.

Can I limit what is synced?

Yes. You can exclude spam, promotions, social and updates, sync only unread, starred or important mail, choose an IMAP folder, filter by sender, or limit sync to recent days.

Can a mailbox stay private?

Yes. Mailboxes can be shared or private to one user.

Is there a limit on connected mailboxes?

Email connections are unlimited on every plan.

What does disconnecting do?

It stops syncing. You can also purge the data that was synced from that mailbox.
