Most yacht businesses run on a patchwork: personal inboxes, WhatsApp, spreadsheets, a shared calendar, Word templates, a signature tool, a payment dashboard and several marketplace extranets. Each works. Together, they lose things.

Yachtbase replaces the patchwork with one chain. A message becomes a client. A client becomes a quote, a contract, a signature and an invoice. Every link keeps its connection to the yacht, the person and the history, right through to the owner statement.

Where artificial intelligence helps, it drafts and summarises. It does not send, and it does not act on its own.

Yachtbase is available by application. We onboard a limited number of companies each season, because we would rather set a few teams up properly than many badly.

Onboarding is done with care: we help bring your fleet, contacts and listings across, and we stay in touch while you settle in. Pricing is tailored to your fleet and your team, and shared once your application has been reviewed.

We are an official Meta Technology Partner, which is how WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger connect to the shared inbox.

We go to the shows, to listen rather than to sell from a stand. Yachtbase representatives worked alongside WAMA Yachts at the Cannes Yachting Festival in 2024 and 2025 and at boot Düsseldorf in 2026.

In 2026 we also worked alongside MC Zero and Explomar at the Cannes Yachting Festival and the Monaco Yacht Show, where their lead-capture forms ran on Yachtbase Forms. We attended these shows; we did not exhibit.
