Brokers and dealers

Long deals deserve a memory.

A sale can run for months. Yachtbase keeps the enquiry, the viewings, the offers, the paperwork and the listing on one record, so the context is still there when the buyer calls back.

A day in the life

Morning to evening, one thread.

  1. Every channel, one conversation

A buyer's email, a WhatsApp message and last week's form answers resolve to the same client, with the history attached.

    One inbox, every channel
  2. Qualify the enquiry into a deal

A promising lead becomes a sales deal with its own stages: qualified, viewing, offer, negotiating, closing.

    Clients, leads and deals
  3. A brochure the buyer will keep

Produce a PDF brochure from the yacht record, with the price shown or marked on application. Share a protected media kit with an access code and an expiry date.

  4. Offers on the record

Log viewings and offers as they happen. A versioned quote means that accepted terms cannot change quietly afterwards.

    Quotes accepted online
  5. Contracts signed in order

Send the sales contract to several signers, in sequence, from a secure link that works on a phone. Evidence is kept with the signed PDF.

    Contracts and e-signatures
  6. Listed once, seen widely

Update the yacht record and syndicate it to the portals you work with. The sync history shows what went where.

What changes

What you recognise, and what you gain.

  • Today: Context scatters between inboxes, notes and the deal itself.

With Yachtbase: Messages, forms, viewings, offers and documents all hang off one client and one deal.

  • Today: Listings are retyped for every portal.

With Yachtbase: Enter the yacht once. Marketplace publications and NAUTIX feeds are generated from the same record.

  • Today: Sending a media pack means a transfer link nobody can track.

With Yachtbase: Protected media kits with an optional password and expiry, and a note of views and downloads.

  • Today: Signatures are collected in a separate tool, one signer at a time.

With Yachtbase: Multi-signer requests with ordered signing, secure email links or codes, and a full evidence trail.

Where we have been.

  • Cannes Yachting Festival 2024 and 2025

Yachtbase representatives worked alongside WAMA Yachts at the show. We attended; we did not exhibit.

  • boot Düsseldorf 2026

Our representatives were again alongside WAMA Yachts, in January.

  • Cannes Yachting Festival 2026 and Monaco Yacht Show 2026

We worked alongside MC Zero and Explomar, whose lead-capture forms ran on Yachtbase Forms.

Questions

Asked and answered.

Can we run a brokerage pipeline and charter side by side?

Yes. Leads can be charter, sale or general, and sales deals have their own pipeline of viewings, offers and a closing checklist.

Which portals can we publish to?

We syndicate to Boats.com, Boot24, Boat Trader, Botentekoop, iNautia, BoatShop24, Annonces du Bateau and Cosas de Barcos. Each connection depends on the portal's own partner arrangements.

Can we import contacts from boat shows or an old CRM?

Yes. Upload a spreadsheet or CSV in almost any shape. An AI step drafts clean contacts for you to review before anything is imported. It needs a connected AI provider.

Will the AI contact buyers for us?

No. It drafts replies and summarises threads. You decide what is sent.

How do we start?

Apply for access. Onboarding is by application and done with care, including moving your existing listings and contacts across.
