The reply draft is a starting point—professional tone, all the information the client asked for, and a list of any gaps (like missing dates or cabin preferences) that you should ask about before sending.

The AI never sends email by itself. You always review the draft, edit it, and click send. If the tone is wrong, you fix it. If a detail is missing, you add it. The AI is your assistant, not your autopilot.

• Get an instant summary: Click "Summarise" in a conversation. Yachtbase reads the thread and shows you the summary, key points, open questions and suggested actions in seconds.
• Ask for a reply draft: Click "Draft reply" and choose a tone: professional, friendly, casual or urgent. Yachtbase drafts the response, including relevant details from the conversation and the yacht record.
• Review the missing information: The draft highlights gaps—details the client did not provide or information you should gather. ("Missing: preferred arrival date, number of guests, cabin preferences.")
• Edit and send: Read the draft. Make any changes you want. Send it as your own words, not as an AI message.
• Keep context: The summary and draft respect the full conversation, not just the latest email. Nothing is lost.
• No sensitive data outside the system: The AI reads conversation text only, never accesses files, documents or external systems. Content stays secure.
