Stop maintaining copies of your listings

Yacht listings are scattered. Boats.com needs one format. BoatTrader wants another. Boot24 has its own fields. Some portals sync by email. Others have an API. You maintain multiple copies of the same yacht, updating each one separately. A price changes on your site, but the marketplace listing still shows the old price for days. A buyer sees conflicting information.

Yachtbase publishes listings to multiple marketplaces from a single yacht record. Enter the yacht once—specifications, photos, description, pricing. Yachtbase syncs to the portals you choose. Change the price or photos in Yachtbase, and the change pushes to all connected portals. One source of truth, many destinations.

For brokers and dealers, Yachtbase also supports NAUTIX, the industry standard XML format for yacht data. Export your fleet to NAUTIX, or import NAUTIX listings from other sources. Push NAUTIX exports to partners with tokenised feeds. Get NAUTIX data flowing between systems without manual work.

What you can do now

  • Choose marketplace partners: Connect to the yacht marketplaces you use (Boats.com, BoatTrader, Boot24, Botentekoop, iNautia, BoatShop24, Annonces du Bateau, Cosas de Barcos). Each connection stores your account credentials securely.
  • Map fields: Yachtbase auto-maps common fields (name, photos, price, description) but you can customise the mapping per portal.
  • Publish and update: Publish a listing to selected portals with one click. Unpublish or pause. If you update the yacht record, the changes sync automatically to all connected portals.
  • Check sync history: See what was published when, and to which portals. If a sync failed, retry it.
  • Export and import NAUTIX: Download your fleet as NAUTIX XML. Import listings from NAUTIX files you receive from other brokers or yards.
  • Create tokenised feeds: Generate a URL that partners can pull to get your listings in XML, JSON or CSV format. No login needed—just a secure token.

Why it matters

Multiple copies of the same listing are a nightmare. A buyer finds an old version online. They call with questions about outdated pricing. Your team looks bad because the information is inconsistent. Manually maintaining three separate systems is slow—the update takes five minutes per portal per boat.

Listing syndication means your market presence is current everywhere, all the time. A buyer sees the same yacht on five portals with the same photos and price. New listings go live everywhere the same day. Price changes are instant. You spend less time in portals and more time on the phone with serious buyers.
